Dr. Christine Aramburu Alegra is a nurse and a social psychologist. She is on the faculty in the Orvis School of Nursing at the University of Nevada at Reno.

Mariette Pathy Allen
Mariette Pathy Allen is a professional photographer, writer and speaker on, and on behalf of, the TG community for 30 years. She is the author of "Transformations: Crossdressers and Those Who Love Them" and "The Gender Frontier" which won a 2004 Lambda Literary Award. Mariette is the staff photographer and a frequent contributor to IFGE's Transgender Tapestry magazine since the mid '80s. Her photographs make a significant contribution to Leslie Feinberg's "Transgender Warriors", and illustrate Riki Anne Wilchin's "Read My Lips". Her photographs are exhibited widely in the USA and abroad.

Dr. Michele Angello
Dr. Michele Angello works with gender variant youth and adults. She offers individual, group and family therapy, as well as corporate education and training on a variety of issues of sexuality and has presented internationally on her work with trans-youth and working with children of transitioning parents. She facilitates several monthly support groups for transgender adults, youth and parents. Dr. Angello is often called on to speak as an expert on transgender issues to universities, corporations and the media. She has appeared on Larry King Live, the Tyra Banks Show, and various documentaries.

Stephanie Battaglino
Stephanie Battaglino is a Communications Director at New York Life Insurance Company located in Sleepy Hollow, New York. She successfully transitioned on the job in October of 2005 and is the first transgendered person to do so in the 163-year history of the company. Stephanie's career spans over 25 years in marketing, marketing communications and related fields. In the corporate workplace she has been quite active spearheading the formation of NYLPride, the first ever LGBT employee network group in the history of the company in May of 2007. She is also active in the metro New York chapter of Out & Equal Workplace Advocates; the pre-eminent national organization devoted to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community in the workplace. Stephanie holds the position of Secretary on the Board of Directors of the International Foundation for Gender Education (IFGE) and is the Chair of the organization's endowment fund the Winslow Street Fund.

Alison Laing
Alison Laing has been an active participant and leader in the Transgendered community since her coming out in 1986 at Fantasia Fair. She is a past Executive Director of International Foundation for Gender Education, (IFGE) the major non-profit Transgender organization that serves the TG community. She was Secretary to the Board of Directors 1998 to 2004 and is Co-Chair of IFGE Conventions. She has been active in IFGE since 1987. Alison was awarded the IFGE Trinity, and later, along with her S.O. Dottie, the Virginia Prince award for Outstanding Service to the community. Alison was the Director of the 1994,1995, 1998 and 2000 Fantasia Fairs as well as the chair of the sponsoring organization, the Outreach Institute of Gender Studies from 1993 through 1995. She has received the Fantasia Fair Ms Congeniality and Ms Fantasia Awards as well as the OIGS Outreach Award, She continues to support Fantasia Fair as a member of the Staff. Alison is a founding member and past Managing Director, Treasurer and Outreach Co-Chairperson for the Renaissance Education Association. Alison has served on the boards of AEGIS , Gender- PAC and the Rikki Swin Institute Advisory Board. Sherman N. Mona Rae Mason
Mona Rae Mason has been working on The Transgender Project, an NIH funded study of male to female transgender communities in NYC for the past 5 years. She sits on the Bd. of Directors of the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund, is a participating member of the Transgender Health Initiative of NY. She is a past speaker at two IFGE conferences and is co-author of two journal papers (awaiting publication). Ms. Mason has presented several TG diversity programs and is currently working with the NYPD Police Academy rewriting the Academy recruit's diversity trainings on transgender.

Dr. Christine McGinn
Dr. McGinn is a plastic surgeon whose formal training was tailored specifically to transgender surgery in addition to all aspects of both General and Plastic Surgery. Since her own transition in 2000, she has been an activist and speaker on many aspects of gender variant issues. She is frequently called upon by television on print media as an expert in her field and was most recently interviewed by PBS to comment on transgenderism as a diagnosis in the upcoming DSMV. She is the founder of Papillon Gender Wellness Center; a comprehensive gender support center that includes many professional services in addition to Plastic Surgery. Dr McGinn is on staff on two hospitals in the Philadelphia area and is often called upon by Universities and Medical Schools to help train students and faculty about transgender medicine. Her focus is not only on providing plastic and reconstructive surgery, but also to promote the importance of a holistic approach to the care of gender variant individuals to include preventive medicine, research, community outreach, primary care and therapeutic support systems.
