Welcome to the 22nd Annual Conference of the International Foundation for Gender Education Inc., to be held April 3 to 5, 2008 at the Doubletree Reid Park Hotel in Tucson Arizona. We especially welcome you as a vendor, advertiser, sponsor, or all three. This is going to be a very exciting conference:

• It's our first time in the Southwest in many years.

• We'll be hosted by the Southern Arizona Gender Association, with a lot of local promotion and support.
• There will be dynamic pre-conference activities starting on March 31 — a Golf Tournament, visits to local Casinos and Museums, Horseback Riding, a Pool Party, a Picnic, and many more events that you can only do in the Desert.
• Vendors will be located in the conference pre-function area, which every attendee must walk through to and from every meal. That's over 300 buyers passing by your booth several times a day! Morning coffee breaks and evening cash bars are also located in the Vendor area.

Vendor set-up will be the afternoon of Wednesday, April 2, starting at 3 PM. Security will be provided on a 24-hour basis.

ADVERTISING
Advertising in our conference program book has proven to have far-reaching results. Not only do you reach over 300 people at the conference (and many take the book home for future reference), but it is also distributed to numerous other individuals and organizations not in attendance.
Get Attention! You also have the opportunity to place your web banner where it will be seen by everyone who visits our website. The thousands of people who come to our pages for any reason will be one click from your website, where they can learn about or purchase your products or services.

SPONSORSHIP
This important function provides funds to support individual programs, activities, and speakers at the event; as well as conference scholarships for those that need them. To make sure you get the recognition you deserve, you can: have your banner hung on the wall; pass out promotional items at a conference meal or add them to our registration "goodie bag;" or have your organization listed in the program book as sponsoring a function. In short, we will help you find a way to promote your organization at IFGE 2008.

• Mariachi band at the pool party - $500
• Old Tucson Studios evening activity and transportation - $1,500
• Registration Name Badge holders with lanyards (provide what you already have or $500.00 to sponsor ours)
• Golf Tournament - $500
• Opening session Keynote speaker (Jamison Green) - $1,000
• Trinity Awards luncheon, where we honor special people that have made a significant contribution to the Transgender community
• Namoli Brennet entertainment for Friday evening - $1,500
• Too Much Information entertainment for the Saturday Evening Gala - $1,500
• Town Meeting on Saturday morning, where we welcome the general public - $1,000
• And numerous other ways to support this exciting event
