An Invitation to Vendors, Advertisers, & Sponsors

The Empire Conference promises to be a fabulous event, with great opportunities to showcase your products or promote your organization, and you are invited to be a part of it! As one of the "major" transgender conferences, attendees can look forward to educational and practical workshops, inspirational and thoughtful speakers, and professional entertainment — plus marathon socializing with a broad cross-section of the T community.

The Crowne Plaza, our headquarters hotel, is spacious and well appointed, and is eager to accommodate our needs. Its location in downtown Albany puts many city attractions and nightlife within walking distance.

We anticipate a good turnout of our "regular" attendees, who come from all over the world. And with a location not very far from the New York City and Philadelphia areas, and very accessible to upstate New York and New England, we expect to see a lot of newcomers.

Both pre and general registered vendors will be listed on our website, where we will publish a blurb (that you write) describing your products and services and put a link to your website. Also, we will be listing our vendors in the program book that every attendee receives. As part of your vendor registration, you receive a complimentary black and white ad in our program book, which can be up to a full page — saving you $250.

ADVERTISING
Advertising in our conference program book has proven to have far-reaching results. Not only do you reach over 300 people at the conference (and many take the book home for future reference) but it also is distributed to numerous other individuals and organizations not in attendance.

Get attention! You also have the opportunity to place your web banner on our website where it will be viewed over 3,000 times per day! The cost for this service is $300 for a full year placement. Please send us your banner and we will be pleased to place it on our home page.

SPONSORSHIP
This important function provides funds to support individual programs, activities, and speakers at the event, as well as conference scholarships for those that need them. To make sure you get the recognition you deserve, you can: have your banner hung on the wall of the ballroom visible at all meals; pass out promotional items at a conference meal or add them to our registration "goodie bag;" or have your organization listed in the program book as sponsoring a function. In short, we will help you find a way to promote your organization at the Empire Conference! Some example items and activities that you can sponsor: To take advantage of any or all of these opportunities, download the vendor/advertiser/sponsor form and mail it to us with your information before the deadline.
